Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do!

What if my order is damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Does Kindred still do Click & Collect?

We do offer Click & Collect for local Toowoomba residents only. The address for pick up will be provided upon checkout.

Can I return my order?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I get a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do you do gift boxing?

At this stage, we don’t offer gift boxing. Our mailer packaging has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a joyful unboxing experience for everyone, every time. We do, however, offer handwritten notes to your loved one.

When purchasing a gift, please let us know who it is for in the NOTES section in your cart upon checking out.

We will handwrite your note on a KS card and send it off, wrapped in our stunning KS packaging, alongside the products!

Can I make an exchange?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

My order was on sale, can I return it?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Skincare Concerns

I have oily skin, can I use the Deep Sea Gel Cleanser?

Yes! The Deep Sea Gel Cleanser is perfect for oily skin. We have infused the cleanser with aloe vera juice ensuring a deep clean without stripping the skin.

I have dry skin, can I use the Deep Sea Gel Cleanser?

Yes! Unlike most gel cleansers, The Deep Sea Gel Cleanser has been formulated with Jojoba and Sandalwood oils to ensure your skin receives a burst of hydration throughout your cleanse.

I have sensitive skin, can I use the Deep Sea Gel Cleanser?

If you have sensitive skin, we always recommend patch-testing the product first.

I have eczema, should I use the Deep Sea Gel Cleanser?

If you suffer from allergic dermatitis, or eczema or are hypersensitive we don’t recommend using the Deep Sea Gel Cleanser.

Is The Deep Sea Gel Cleanser Fragrance-Free?

Our gel cleanser gives off a fresh scent naturally from the organic, clean ingredients that make up the gel. No fragrance has been added.

Always patch-test the product prior to use.


Can I buy 1 x KS face towel without having to buy the Mon-Sun pack?

The purpose of the pack is to ensure you are avoiding the spread of bacteria by using a fresh bamboo face towel every day of the week. This pack will only need to be washed once a week and can be added to your already existing load of washing.

We believe this cannot be achieved with one bamboo towel unless the towel was regularly put through the wash throughout the week and would therefore have a negative impact on water consumption.

Purchasing the Monday-Sunday pack is the best way to ensure clean skin and a clean planet.

How should I wash my Mon-Sun towels?

A standard warm/cold wash alongside your existing basket of laundry is just fine.
Our top laundry tips:

- Wash your towels with like colours
- To keep your towels soft, replace half a cup of your detergent with half a cup of white vinegar or bi-carb soda.

Should I wash the Mon-Sun bag too?

At the end of the week, throw the Mon-Sun laundry bag into the wash with your dirty face towels. Ensure the towels have been released from the bag prior to washing to ensure a thorough wash.
